Jackson was polite, friendly and unctual. He provided several costing options and explaned each option clearly to us to fix the plumbing issue we were having. He also offered to fix it on the same day if that option was available to us. Jackson was efficient in the work he did and cleaned up his mess. Best part of his service was at NO stage did we feel obligated to choose the 'most expensive option' or feel pressured to move forward with having it fixed that day.
